Psalm46:5
Sometimes, reclaiming your power isn’t about grand gestures or loud declarations. Sometimes, it’s the quiet moments: cleansing your space, clearing the air, and listening for the whispers beneath the noise.
Recently, I found myself in one of those moments. As I moved through my space, clearing away what no longer served me, I felt spirit gently remind me: “You are chosen.”
That phrase, simple but heavy with truth, pulled me inward. And then Psalm 46:5 came softly to mind: “God is within her; she will not fall.”
There it was. A promise, a shield, a declaration. In the middle of my own mess and my own healing, I was held. Not just by hope or wishful thinking, but by a presence so real it steadied me like roots holding a mighty tree through the fiercest storm.
I honored this truth with a spiritual bath, an act of intentional renewal. Florida water, crisp and cleansing. Fresh cucumber, cool and calming. Lavender, soft and soothing.
I sank into the water and played Psalm 23 by Jeff Majors, letting the words wash over me like a gentle tide, reminding me of goodness, protection, and peace.
In that sacred moment, I released the tension I was holding. I let go of the weight on my shoulders and the tightness in my chest. I reclaimed her.
Psalm 46:5 isn’t just a verse. It’s a lifeline. It’s the voice that says when the ground beneath you trembles, and when fear tries to root itself deep, you are not alone. You will not fall.
With truth and purpose,
