A Message From Lauren:
Hey! I’m Lauren Taylor,
The Truth-Seeker. The Truth-Speaker. The Lifelong Learner.
I’m just a girl from Covington, GA who’s always been full of questions: who, what, when, where, and especially why? I was the curious kid who needed to understand everything. I’d ask a hundred questions before breakfast, not to be difficult, but because I genuinely wanted to know. That same curiosity shaped my journey and led me to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism, a Master of Science in Communications, and eventually a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership.
But degrees and titles only tell part of the story.
For a long time, I measured my worth by what I could achieve. By the accolades, the goals checked off, and how “put together” I appeared to others. I was always driven, always pushing for the next thing. And while I’m still passionate, focused, and believe in showing up with excellence, I’ve learned that there’s more to me than just accomplishments. Through following my purpose and giving myself grace, I’ve come to embrace the parts of me that don’t show up on a résumé.
At heart, I’m a storyteller. I’ve always believed that words have power — not just to inform, but to heal, to shift perspectives, and to set people free. Whether I’m writing, coaching, or just sitting with someone in a heart-to-heart, I lead with honesty, intention, and a genuine desire to connect. I believe in telling the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable, because truth, paired with love, can be transformational.
People often call me the “mom friend,” and I take that as a high compliment. I care deeply. I listen closely. I fight hard for the people I love. And I try to be a steady, grounding presence, especially when things feel dark or uncertain. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I’m committed to walking the path with wisdom and a whole lot of faith.
I’m passionate about growth — spiritually, emotionally, mentally — and helping others break free from the things that hold them back. I believe in living with purpose, not to prove something to anyone, but to bring healing and joy into my own life, too.
I’m family-oriented to my core. Nothing matters more than those close moments with the people I love. I also find joy in creativity and art in all forms: music, dance, writing, and design. I’m a sports fanatic, a lover of deep conversations, and I get excited about strategic planning sessions that stretch my brain.
At the center of it all is this: I want to be a voice of truth in a world that desperately needs it, and help others find their own voice along the way.
Thanks for being here. I’m so glad our paths crossed.
